The choice of electric stacker model and configuration

① different stacker type,different working efficiency,so the requested stacker’s quantity and the drivers will be different,finially leading to different cost.For more detailed information,please check the parts of cost discussion in below article.
② If the stacker work in warehouse,different type of stacker will need different passage width,the stacking ability will be different,and the it will lead the parts change of the warehouse,such as the goods storage content changing.
③ Stacker type and quantity will impact many aspects in motorcade management.
④ Different type stacker has a different market storage,so they will also have different after-sale protection.for example:Low driving three-way stacker and high driving three-way stacker are both narrow passage folk lift,they can both pass the 1.5~2.0m wide narrow passage,and finish the stakcing,picking up goods.But the former’s driver’s room can not lift,so the operate view is very bad,the working efficiency is very low.The latter have all the functions what the former has,and really has a better function.so its sales volume in Europa is 4~5 times as former,what’s more,in China it is 6 times as former.So most of the suppliers put more emphasis on high drving stacker,while the low driving stacker is low capacity,it can only used when the lifting hegith is lower than 6m.When the sales quantity is very small,it’s after-sale serive engineer engineer,engineer’s experiences,spar parts stock are all relatively weak.

The right operation method ,operating manual of stacker.
1. driving.
Please check the brake and pump station’s working condition before driving.also make sure the battery is full of power.The two hands hold the control cranker,make the stacker drive to the goods place.when need to stop,please use braking or foot braking to stop the stacker.
2. unloading
(1) when the folk in low-order,please keep it vertical with the goods shelf and then insert the bottom of the pallet.
(2) Rollback the stacker,let the folk come out of the pallet.
(3) Lift the folk reaching the requested height,move to the pallet’s bottom slowly,meanwhile make sure the folks will insert the pallet bottom very easily and the goods are in safe location on the pallet.
(4) Lift the folks till the pallet are lifted up and leave the goods shelf.
(5) Draw back slowly in the passage.
(6) Avale the goods slowly,make sure the folks will not touch any obstacle.
Notice:when goods are liting,you must operate the turning and braking very slowly and carefully.
3. stacking.
(1) keep the goods in low-order and approaching the goods shelf carefully.
(2) Lift the goods to the upward side of the goods shelf surface.
(3) Move away slowly till the goods are right above the goods shelf,put down the pallet noticing the folks will not put any pressure on the bottom of the pallet,to make sure the goods are safe
(4) Draw back slowly and make sure the pallet are in secure place.
(5) Avale the folks to the location to let the stacker can drive.

5. prohibited items
(1) prohibit  operating half electric stacker after drunk.
(2) prohibit overload, goods stack uneven, flat
(3) prohibit straddles operation
(4) banned parking in the ramp or on the steps
 
The common breakdown and remove method
1. the speed of the stacker’s drive wheels or drive  motor is much overload.
Reason:battery voltage is too low or pip toe Contact Resistance is too large;There are too much carbon deposit between motor Contact Resistance and lead to short circuit;motr brake adjusted improper and lead to motor running with brake; Drive head gear and bearing is lack of lubrication or base card resistance; Motor armature short circuit.
Solution: Check the stacker loaded battery terminal voltage or cleaning pile tip; Cleaning commutator; Adjust the brake clearance; Check the cleaning and replenish ourselves lubricating oil, remove jam phenomenon; Replace new motor
2. Stacker crane is unable or not lifting
Reason: pump and pump lift wear over; Reversing valve in high pressure relief valve is unsuitable; Oil pipeline leakage; Hydraulic oil temperature over; The door frame carriage exist card resistance phenomenon; The oil pump motor speed is too low.
 Solution: replace the worn out or pump; Readjustment; Check and repair; Replace unqualified hydraulic oil and check the oil temperature reason; Check and adjust; Check motor and debugging.
3. Stacking door frame is difficult to tilting automatically or not smooth action
 
Reason: tilting cylinder wall and seal excessive wear; Reversing valve inside the valve stem spring failure; Piston got stuck cylinder wall or piston rod bending; Tilting cylinder seals in scale too much or too much pressure.
 Solution: change type O seal or cylinder; Replace qualified spring; Replacement of the damaged parts; Cleaning adjustment。
  4、Oil pump pressure is insufficient or speed too slow
 Reason: pump cover slot seal damage, leakage too much; Gear wear; The oil pump motor speed reduce; In the pipe have foreign bodies blocked.
Solution: change; Replace oil pump; Check the commutator, clear between plates, adjust the position of carbon brush, Check the cleaning.
 5, electrical operation not not normal
Reason: electrical box micro switch damage or position misadjustment; Main circuit fuse or control electric fusing; The battery voltage is too low, Contactor contact singeing, or waste too much cause bad contact; Contact not action.
Solution: replace micro switch, readjust the position; Change the fuse, To charge; Repair contact, adjust or change contactor; Check the contactor coil without breaking or replace contactor.

Below we mainly in these aspects to do some description: maintenance of safety and rules, motor maintenance, motor maintenance.
1, maintenance work safety rules
Only through learning system can carry out repair and maintenance work.
(1) keep maintenance site clean sanitation.
(2) maintenance, shouldn't take loose items or valuables. Maintenance (full/half) electric stacker electrical system, if the metal contact to power on electronic components easy to cause a short circuit or burning. So, please take off watches, earrings and other decorations.
(3) (full/half) electric stacker maintenance before, first remove power socket, switch off the power.
(4) in the open or so cover or electrical system before, should be closed (full/half) electric stacker key switch.
(5) in the check hydraulic system before, should make fork down, release the system pressure.
(6) check body oil leakage status, please paper or cardboard KaiShi, do not use hand direct contact. In order to avoid scald.
(7) please note that drive or hydraulic system medium oil temperature may be higher, shall first make (full/half) electric stacker after cooling, and then replace the hydraulic oil, gear oil or in case of high oil temperature lead to combustion.
(8) hydraulic system should be charging new clean oil.
If the hydraulic oil not clean, will affect the precision of hydraulic components, make whole hydraulic system capacity reduction.
If use different type of hydraulic oil, the hydraulic element damage, also influence system capability. So, in the add or replace hydraulic oil, pay attention to use unified brand.
(9) please abide by the relevant laws and regulations, protect the environment, according to the rules, storage and discharge oil, do not hold the discharge to the water pipe.
(10) body welding, to disconnect battery power supply. For welding, welding current may enter the battery, in order to avoid this kind of case, please cut off the battery.

2, motor maintenance
(1) inspection maintenance machine should be under power.
(2) every three months with 250 v megohmmeter measurement motor cold insulation resistance, its value should be greater than 0.5 M Ω, such as resistance is less than 0.5 M Ω, should carry out the drying process.
(3) check the motor wire connection link is correct, firm.
(4) check reversing between plates are clean and brush in the brush box shall be slide freely.
(5) check all fasteners is binding.
(6) every three months to brush wear for a check-up, discretionary change brush.
(7) to have a yearly motor comprehensive maintenance.
3, motor maintenance
(1) to ensure the battery life, the battery should be put into use before sufficient electricity, under charge batteries do not use.
(2) the battery to avoid overcharge and discharge. Battery overcharge and discharge will seriously affect battery performance and life.
(3) battery liquid plug and cover should be kept clean, charge off or open, the charge should be put on or closed. Cell surface, connecting wire and screw should maintain clean, dry. If you have sulfuric acid, with cotton dipped in lye wipe, should pay attention to don't let lye into cell inside.
(4) charging is completed, should check the battery level, catch up with distilled water to keep the liquid level height. Normally it is strictly prohibited to additional dilute sulphuric acid.
(5) cell after use, should be in charge, placing time generally not more than 24 hours.
(6) charge should maintain good ventilation, it is strictly prohibited to fireworks.
(7) in the following circumstances, the battery should be equalizing charge.
A, the normal use of the battery every three months a charge.
B, long time aside not used batteries.
C, battery there are some behind the battery "(behind the battery is refers to the process of charging and discharging voltage value is lower than other battery or because of trouble the battery), the equalizing charge only for backward battery separately.
(8) equalizing charge method.
A, to ordinary charging.
B, imitation to enough electricity state stop imitation one hour, then use 0.25 I5 charging for 1 hour.
C, according to article b repeated several times until the charging machine a closing, the battery in a bubble fierce occurs so far.
(9) battery need not when, storage expires in a month to the common charging method for a supplementary electric.
(10) battery should avoid direct sunlight, away from heat source distance shall not be less than 2 m.
